Mental health and relationship education, community awareness, and resource navigation. We do not provide psychotherapy, medical treatment, legal representation, or emergency services.
Who we hope to reach
Individuals and families facing barriers to learning, resources, and community connection, including veterans, older adults, people with disabilities, Native American and Indigenous communities, immigrants, and people returning from incarceration.
Program status
Programs are being prepared and are not yet open for participation. Availability, eligibility, service area, delivery format, and any costs will be confirmed before programs begin.
